RICE SCONES
One pound flour, half pound ground rice, half teaspoorrful salt, one teaspoonful soda, a pinch of sugar. Mix dry ingredients well and add enough milk to make ; soft dough. Turn on to a floured board, cut into rounds, and cook on a hot girdle.
