SYDNEY BLACKOUT TEST
Rec. 10.30 a.m. SYDNEY, this day. Announcing that a complete blackout test will take place in the Sydney metropolitan area on August 17. between 9.30 and 10 p.m.. the Minister in charge of Emergency Services. Mr. R. Heffron, said it would be the second largest blackout in the British Empire.
