YOUTH'S FATAL FALL

ENGINEERING APPRENTICE

When he fell from the roof of a shed at the premises of Mason Brothers' Engineering Company, Limited, Freeman's Bay, yesterday afternoon, an apprentice engineer received injuries from which he died almost immediately. He was-

George Arthur Cook, aged 17. son of Mr. H. Cook, of S6a Calliope Road, Devonport.

A doctor and a St. John ambulance were called immediately, but on their arrival the youth was dead. An inquest was opened to-day and adjourned after evidence of identification had been taken.
