Flight Lieutenant D. W. Morrish, son of Mr. G. H. Morrish, of Whangarei, who has been promoted to the rank of squadron leader of the R.A.F. He joined the Air Force in 1930 and is training pilots for the Fleet Air Arm somewhere in England.
