And if as be implies the Newmarket Borouch Council has done something n* worthy by availing itself ofsbherai 13 to secure these happy results, it is still possible for the council to restore its mana by erecting the ladies' rest room, if not by scheme 13 br any other scheme. In brief, what is wanted is that Newmarket Borouch Council should erect a ladies' rest room. INEZ FREEMAN.
