DOG RESTAURANTS
. One of the problems of English people at present is how to feed their dogs which, as yet, have no 1 ration cards of their own and whose bits of meat must come from their masters' own rather scanty por-1 tions. To meet this difficulty some new clog restaurants, with trim, whitecoated girl assistants, have made their appearance. The meat supplied to them is not considered suitable for human consumption, but the shops are organising their own system of rationing and try to treat all their clients fairly. »
