EARLY ISSUE URGED
SIXTH PERIOD LICENSES The early issue of sixth period licenses is urged in a letter from the Auckland Chamber of Commerce to the Associated Chambers of Commerce in Wellington. "Goods are just arriving in Auckland which were ordered from 12 to 15 months ago," says the letter. "In view of this the early issue of the sixth period licenses seems more imperative than ever, and we would suggest that if you have not had any recent approaches to the Government on this subject you should impress on them the desirability of importers being Informed at an early date just what they can order in this connection."
