The result of the sixth ballot, containing the names of men on the resistor who .since the territorial ballot have either attained the ago of 19 and have thus become liable tor the territorial service, or eke have attained the asc of 41 and tluus ceased to be liable for overseas service, will be published in an (Extraordinary (.Gazette on April l<). according to the announcement by the Hon. R. Scmple to-day.
The Ministor addod that it was noco>sary to close the register some <Jay< in advance of tlie publication of tlio names liocausc of the time taken for preparation and printing, with the result that the names of r-oine reservists rt'acliin<r 19 on or shortly before April 2!» would bo omitted from the notice. The-p would appear, however, in the next t-alling-un notice in about a month's time.
