OAMARU ADDRESS.
MR. MILNER AND DR. SUTCH.
EXPRESSION OF REGRET
The United Press Association supplied to various newspapers in New Zealand a report of an address given by Mr. Frank Milner at Oamani on March 11. It has been represented to the Press Association that its report was capable of the interpretation that, in the course of his address, Mr. Milner had made charges against Dr. W. B. Suteh and in particular had reflected on his loyally to Great Britain. The Press Association ■believed at the time that the report was a fair and accurate ac.ount of the address. The association, however, in no way endorses the views expressed at the meeting. It had no intention of reflect in,? on the loyalty of 15r. Suteh and expresses regret that its report should have conveyed that impression.
