I .evien. S.M.. each admitting that tliev had indulged in a li-tif- discus-ion. ( ording. who was further chargivl with assaulting Coin-table A\'. L. Tubman, pleaded guilty. .Describing the arrest. Constable Tubmail said Cording struggled violently and kicke<l him. For lighting each man was fined £2 10/. Cording was fined an additional £2 10/ for the assault. •
