VISIT TO TRENTHAM.

NEW GOVERNOR-GENERAL.

(P.A.) WELtLIWGTON, Tuesday. | Troops in training at Trentham: mobilisation camp were inspected at work to-day by the Governor-General, Sir Cyril Newall. His Excellency showed keen interest in the many branches of military activity and made several stops to converse with men in the ranks.

Sir Cyril also inspected hutments and mess arrangements. Troops, nurses and civilians working in the camp lined the route and cheered as the official party left.
