WAIKATO RACING CLUB.
The spring meeting of the Waikato Racing Club will be held at Te Rapa on Saturday and Monday, November 16 and 18. The Waikato Cup of £700. one mile and three furlongs, and the Cambridge Handicap of £400, six furlongs, are the chief events on the first day, while the Hamilton Handicap of £500, one mile and a quarter, and the Kirikiriroa Handicap of £350, six furlongs, are the main items on the second day. There is no race of a lesser stake than £200. Entries close with Messrs. Blomfield and Company, Auckland, at 5 p.m., or the secretary, Mr. E. H. O'Meara, Hamilton, at 8"* p.m. on Friday, October 25.
