WELLINGTON'S SOCCER CHALLENGE.
FINAL TROPHY GAME SATURDAY. The Auckland Football Association last night finalised arrangements for the English Trophy matoh with Wellington at Blandford Paa-k on Saturday next. Advice was received from Wellington that the team would arrive on Friday morning. Mr. J. C Sib'bin wae appointed to maintain contact with the visitors during their stay. Several of the members of the Wellington team advised that they would be staying with friends, while the remainder of the team will be billeted. In this connection the secretary. Mr. W. Harrison, stated that at least two billets were yet required. The same charges as were made for the Canterbury match will be made, 1/ to ground, 1/6 to seated terraces, and 2/6 to stand, including admission to ground. The curtain-raiser to the main game on Saturday will be between the fourth grade and secondary schools' representatives. The Blandford Park fixtures are:— Elliott Memorial Cup (St. John Ambulance units). —Grey Lynn Division v. Remuera Division. 1 p.m.; Secondary Schools' representatives v. Fourth Grade representatives, a p.m.. Mr. Cummins; Wellington v. Auckland, 3.1S p.m., Mr. P. N. Marino. Linesmen: Messrs. F. Green, J. C. Sibbin. Fourth Grade Representatives.—Thom (Comrades), Moody (Comrades), Gilbert (North Shore). Healy (Comrades), Crabb (Y.M.C.A.), Betterton (Y.M.C.A.), Mawhlnney (Comrades) Richards (North Shore). Blackie (North Shore), Moyle (Y.M.C.A.), Jennings (Comrades).
