CONFERENCE OVER.
AFRICAN WAR VETERANS.
Attended by delegates from 17 branches, the annual conference of the South African War Veterans' Association of New Zealand concluded yesterday. It was decided at a business session in the morning that the next conference should be held in Wellington early next August. Further officers were elected as follows:—Committee, Messrs. W. A. Beck, T. Glen, W. Greenaway, G. C. Black. R. A. Green, T. Foster, H. Mclntosh; secretary, Mr. W. W. Dunkley; treasurer, Mr. A. H. Joseph; representatives on Returned Soldiers' Association committee, Messrs. J. J. Goldsmith and A. J. Harper.
