After having flown over nearlv cverv part of New Zealand piloting his own private 'plane, the Mayor of Te Kuiti, -Mr. H. T. Morton, extended his flying experience even more to-clav when he travelled to Sydney by the'flving boat Aotearoa. The Aotearoa made' her first transtaeman trip after an extensive overhaul at Auckland lasting some two months. Included in her thirteen passengers were six women, while among her 16,000 letters were about 4000 which came here on Thursday by the PanAmerican aircraft American Clipper. Captain Oscar Garden ie in command of, the Aotearoa on thie flight.
