MINISTER'S MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. W. E. Parry, Minister of Internal Affairs, who -was to have returned to Wellington last night, has been detained, in Whangarei by Departmental business. He is now expected to arrive in Auckland this afternoon and return to Wellington by the limited express to-night.
