Women And Children Quit
Hongkong.
BOUND FOR AUSTRALIA. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON", July j. The Associated Press Hongkong correspondent says two Canadian liners left for Manila, carrying 2100 British women and children on their way to Australia for the duration of the emergency. Nearly 0000 women and children have left since Tuesday. It is reliably etatcd iu Hongkong that the Japanese arc withdrawing troops from the Hongkong border and are presumably transferring them to the province of Kwangsi.
