THREE NOMINATIONS

MEAT BOARD ELECTION. Three nominations for the two vacancies fof producers' representatives have been received by the New Zealand Meat Producers' Board. They are Mesera. James Boss (sitting member), Dunedin; I. L. M. Coop, Ataahua, Canterbury, and T. A. Duncan (sitting member), Hunterville.

The election will take place on August 30. 1940, when the delegates, who will be elected to represent the various districts throughout the Dominion, will constitute the electoral committee. Nominations for delegates to the electoral committee close at the board's office at noon on July 5, and a postal ballot will then be conducted amongst the sheepfarmers in the districts where the -nominations are in exneee of the number of delegates required.
