INTERNAL REFORMS.
Far-Reaching Changes Likely In Yugoslavia. MAINLY ECONOMICAL. (Received noon.) BELGRADE, June 28. The Prime Minister of Yugoslavia, M. Tsvetkovitch, forecast far-reaching internal reforms after a conference with Dr. Matchek and other Croatian leaders. He said: '"We cannot go on as previously because the international situation demands that all worn out theories and doctrines must be thrown overboard. Our outlook must be fundamentally changed." He added that the reforms would be mainly economic.
