PUBLIC SAFETY PLANS.

I read the other night that the Minister of Internal Affaire had praised the Auckland public safety measures. Well, well, isn't it nice and comforting to know that we all know what to do and how to do it in a case of emergency. I am afraid that I have been a kind of Rip Van Winkle, asleep in the Katakills (or would it be the Waitakeres) for years, as I have not heard, nor have any members of my family heard, what we are to do if the need arises. I see that Auckland is held up a* an example of what the rest of the Dominion should do. My, mv! PHTLLIPPA.
