Abels and Thistle will meet at Devonport and a good game is expected, with the chances slightly in favour ot the Scottish team. The young second grade Metro.-Col-lege team; which last season went through to the second round of the Cup competition will oppose JI.M.C.A. at Victoria Park and open football is expected. Mount Albert Grammar Old Boys will meet North Shore at Fowlds Park in a championship match only, and the Devon port XI. should extend Old Boys. The Onehunga Club is holding a gala day at Waikaraka Park and will have four ot* its teams in action. The senior side will play Eastern Suburbs on the No. 1 ground in a championship game.
