DOMINION ENLISTMENTS. 31,621 PASSED AS FIT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. During last week enlistments in the Dominion Second Force increased by 2560 to 46,510, of whom 31,621 were passed 'as fit, 6782 as permanently unfit and 3118 as temporarily unfit, including 505 not available. A total of 22,735 have now been dispatched to camp. .Recruits held back through important occupations total 2369.
