WHY HITLER WINS
One of the big advantages Hitler lias over us is that he doesn't have to waste any of his time answering- criticisms. He's able to devote the whole of his energy to beating us. Our Ministers havp to waste time in receiving deputations, in giving polite answers to threats ■from supporters, in dealing ■diplomatically with opposition and obstruction' and replying to letters and telegrams from people who think they know far tetter how to run the war. We ought all to realise that everyone who wastes 10 minutes of a Cabinet Minister's time is helping Hitler to beat us. It doesn't matter to-day whether we like the Government or not, or whether we are getting a fair deal or not. All that matters is helping to. win the waf so that we won't get a much worse deal from a Nazi Government, .which replies to criticisms with rubber truncheons, hot irons and the headsman's axo. E.
