BOYS' TOWN HONOUR.
The distinction of being elected the first and only woman honorary Mayor of Boys' Town, near Omaha, in the United States, fell to a Sydney woman, Mrs. Ida L. Fraser, who has just ■returned to Australia. Mrs. Ftaser, who is a prominent child welfare worker in Sydney, made a special point of visiting Boys' Town and. has just received he° certificate of honorary citizenship from this year's Mayor, 17-year-old Jack Farrold.
