RUGBY LEAGUE.
With a view to the selection of junior representative teams, the junior board of the Auckland League last night divided the third grade into two sections, town and country, as follow^ — , Town. —City, Richmond, Marlet. R.V., Pon&onby. Newton. Country.—Otahuhu, Papakura, Point Chevalier, Avondale. Glenora, Mount Albert. Messrs. Batchelor and Carey will select the Country thirteen, ami Meeers. Howe and Hepkinson the Town team. Northcote and Ellerslie senior B sides will contest the curtain-raiser to /lie senior fixture to be played at Ellersiie oa June 29.
