MAORI'S SUICIDE.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) KAITAIA, this day. Waironga Toetoe, a full-blooded Maori, single aged 37, was found dead I near hid camping place at Ngataki. He had severe head injuries and a singlebarrelled shotgun was lying alongside the body. | At the inquest the district coroner, Mr. A. H. Watte, returned a verdict of death due to gunshot wounds, selfinflicted, while in a state of severe mental strain. v
