WEATHER FORECAST.
TOR CITY AND PROVINCE. The Government meteorologist issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following speoial weather forecast for the Auckland Province to as far south as Hamilton, Kawhia and Taurangaj— Light and variable winds. Some morning fog, but otherwise fair t.o fine. Moderate temperatures. Seas slight. Pressures are very high over New Zealand and the Tasman Sea. HAURAKI GULF CONDITIONS. The following report of weather conditions In the Hauraki Gulf was received <from Tiritirl Island at noon to-day:— Wind, calm; sea, smooth; weather, fine; visibility, good; barometer, rising.
