SOLDIERS FROM HOSPITAL. The practice of allowing leave of four' days or more to Papakura soldiers who have been discharged from civil hospitals after influenza is to be discontinued. In future troops are not to be discharged until tliey have had MS hours to convalesce in hospital and are fit to undertake normal duties after 'IS hours' light duty in camp. However, if the medical authorities consider that a soldier would benefit from spccial leave, this will be granted.
