MANUREWA BOROUGH COUNCIL. A meeting of the Manurewa Borough Council was held lasl evening, the Mayor, Mr. W. J. Fersusou, presiding. Rate Collection.—The clerk reported that of the total rates (£6TO6) levied £5811, or 86.6 per cent, was collected, the discount allowed beinj £1M 19/3.
