GOVERNMENT PRINTER. (From Our Own Correspondent.) SUVA, April !>. Mr. 11. R. Craigie, the Government Printer, lias received notice- of his transfer to Tanganyika, ae assistant superintendent of the Government Press in that colony, and will leave Suva for his now appointment on April 2.». Mr. Craigie ctinie to Fiji in August, 1928, to the staff of the Government Printing Oflice, and after acting as Government Printer on several occasions, was eventually appointed to that position on the retirement of Mr. J. J. Mcliugli. Mr. Craigie has proved himself a capable officer, and outside his official duties, has taken a prominent part in the musical life of the town, and also in broadcasting.
