KEEN DISAPPOINTMENT.

(By Talegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Commenting on the import restrictions Mr. A. A. Christie, president of the United Kingdom Manufacturers Representatives' Association, said the association was very disappointed that more relexation had not been shown for British goods. "As Britain is taking practically all our produce at an agreed price," he said, "we had hoped that under war conditions it might have been possible to have taken more goods from Britain, but that cannot be doiie without more relaxation than that shown by the Government's latest list."
