Dispute Between Chinese Factions. "CEASE HOSTILITIES" ORDER. (Received 11.30 a.m.) NANKING, March 22. While the Chungking Government spokesman issued a warning that it is not responsible for any acts of the Nanking "traitors," whose treaties do not bind China, Mr. Wang Ching-Wei's supporters concluded a conference by passin" a resolution in favour of the liquidation of the Chungking regime and invalidating any treaties made by that Government after March 30.
The resolution also orders soldiers to cease hostilities, and civil servants at present in Chungking to return to Nanking.
Wang Ching-Wei is leader of the "National' Government" in China, which is opposed to Marshal Chiang Kai-shek's rule, and which favours the conclusion of hostilities and the signing of a treaty with Japan.
