Prisoners were sentenced ■in the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Ostler as follow:— William Morris, a Maori, three year*' imprisonment for breaking, entering and theft, the judge remarking that the prisoner, avlio was only 21 years old, was fast qualifying to* be declared an habitual criminal; George Lewis Ashworth (51). married, one years reformative detention. for indecent aecavlt on a child.
