craft nr two ©rvTsioats. The commodore Of the Auckland Motor Yacht Club, Mr. F. D. Pidgeon, has arranged for an escort of. motor yachts to accompany- H.M.S. Achilles from North Head to Central wharf. While the white-winged fleet is the mostspectacular, the sailing boats have to rely on a fresh breeze to be able to keep any sort of formation] which, the motor boat fleet has no trouble 1 in doing. Mr. Pidgeon has arranged for motor boats to assemble off North Head, where they will be formed into port and starboard divisions to escort the warship to her berth.
