The Auckland CHy Council".- caretakers of Albert Park deserve praise i"or the way in which they raise blooms of endless shades of beauty. Tbe scene from the base of Queen Victoria's statue i* most glorious. The green of the wellkept swards and the brilliance of tha colours in artificially laid out plot* is really magnificent. The recent copious rains have assisted to make the skilful work of the gardeners most beautiful. Nobody should mis* viewing thk park in fts present delightful srlory. Th<* Centennial plot is a masterpiece of kortieulturalWt. K.»T. MOORE.
