;AV Indian buyer was unfortunate enoughto miss -the recent national sales, bat since then Messrs. Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., have purchased on his behalf two youngsters who figured in the catalogue but only one of whom was offered at Trentbam. This colt is a brown September foal by the successful young wire Phaleron; Bay from La Souvenir, by Lackham from Peut-etre, by Martian from! the imported mare Revalenta. This colt is the second foal of his dam. He is an attractive, well-balanced yearling.. Lackham mares have done well stud, as among others they have already produced such good horses as Golden Sheila, Kathbella, etc. The second yearling secured is from the highly successful March family.
