EIGHT PETITIONS. UNDEFENDED OASES. i MOSTLY SEPARATION FLEAS. Separation for more than three years was the ground on which the bulk of eight undefended divorce petitions were granted by Mr. Justice Blair in tlie Supreme Court to-dny. On this ground decrees were granted a® follows:—Daphne Mabe.l Woolwright (Mr. A. S. Moody) v. James Hedley \\oolwright; Bessie Strongman (Mr. R. C. Connell) v. James Strongman; Xgaire Henrietta Jarvic (Mr. Meek) v. Trevor A. W. F. Jarvie; Louisa Cissie Alp (Mr. li. S. Burt) v. Bernard Alp. "Ho took a fillip l>y what is known as a 'pier-head jump' while his wife was in a convalescent home." stated a witness supporting the petition of Dorothy Malline Hun-ell (Mr. L'rquliart) for divorce from John Lewis Hurrell on the ground of desertion. The petition was granted. On the same ground Edward Isaac Davidson (Mr. Jacobson) was granted a decree nisi in respect to his marriage with Mary Gabrielle Davidson. A written confession of adultery figured in tlm evidence on which Irk Vella Sylvia Roper (Mr. Nutsford) was granted a decree against ltonald Roper. Disobedience of an order for the restitution of Conjugal rights was ground of a petition granted to Ellie Margaret Fox (Mr. A. S. Moody) v. Frank Allison Fox. A petition by Eileen Frances Sarah Edgar (Mr. West) for restitution of conjugal rights by William Neil Edgar was granted, an order being made for restitution within 30 days.
