Ofio Prignilz, a German flying instructor who has been recalled for war duty, is hold under a ;">()00-ilollar bond. lie is witness in the trial of a neuress who ho accused of stealing I 11.7 dollars. ; The German Consul- advanced a sum of money towards Prignitz's passage to " Germany through Russia. An appeal for permission to sign a t statement against the defendant was 1 refused. Prignitz was taken to the house of detention, exclaiming: "This means ruin for me in Germany."
