Second 'Quake In Two Days Damages Cathedral. SOME FATALITIES. (Received 10 a.m.) ROME, January 17. For the second time in two days an earthquake shook Palermo, in Sicilv. It considerably damaged several buildings, and the famous Monreale Cathe- j dral partly collapsed. There were a few fatalities.
