HEAVY LIST.
TRAFFIC BREACHES. Three magistrates, Messrs. K- W. McKean, J. Morling and F. H. Levicn, had a busy time this morning. Because of the holding over during the holiday period of prosecutions for breaches of traffic regulations or by-laws, the list presented was heavier than usual. Mr. McKean heard defended cases. There were 199 offenders and as several were charged with more than one offence the total number of charges was 219.
