The Coil) mon wealth Government has sent a request to the King to i*sue a commission antl letters of credence for Sir. R. G. Casey, as Envoy Extraordinary ajid Minister Plenipotentiary of the Common wealth of Australia in the United States. That will be Mr. Casey's official title, although he wilj bp known shortly as the "Australian Minister at Washington."
