(ltecelveU 11..'J0 a.m.) ItUGHY, January 15, British towns have so far bean spared devastation by air raids, against which precautions of civilian defence were taken, but the preparations made in the first days of the war have not been relaxed, The civilian defence organisation still stands ready. Over 1,850,000 volunteer workers are at their posts, and the training goes on.
