DEATH OF FARMER.
COLLAPSE WHILE HAYMAKING (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) GISBORNE, this day. Mr. Alfred Edelsten, a farmer, aged 08, collapsed and died while haymaking on his farm yesterday. It is presumed that Mr. Edelsten fell from a cart after a fatal heart seizure. He was well-known in the district, where he had resided for over 40 years.
