RESTRICTIONS LIFTED.

It was announced yesterday that the | restrictions on consumption o*f c-oal, "as and electricity have been suspended I Since the ration was raised to 100 per cent of last year's consumption sound | and substantial economy has been I practised by the public. * The Government decided, therefore, that in present | conditions it is not necessary for the restrictions to be retained.
