Belgian Missions Being Sent
To Capitals. NAZI PRESS VITUPERATION. (Kccoivetl 11 a.m.) LO>. DOX, September 15. A message from Brussels says a German mission ha?, arrived to discuss the continuance of trade relations. Belgian commercial missions are being sent to London, Paris and Berlin to ensure that trade will not dry up as the result of the blockade.
The German Tress is working full blast to convince the German people of the wickedness of the British blockade and the justice of the German defence measures, says the Rotterdam correspondent of "The Times." It is stated that Britain aims to starve women and children and dictate to neutrals what to buy.
The German contraband list is divided into two sections. The first described as "unconditional" and covers all sorts of war materials. The second, "conditional," includes foodstuffs. luxuries, textiles and raw materials.
A Berlin message says submarines have been instructed to begin an immediate counter-blockade.
