United Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, September 15. The Berlin correspondent of the "Herald-Tribune" says that defend: against the British blockade and the threat of mutiny by the Genua 11 people under the strain of war are competing in German attention against the German Army's triumphal progress through Poland.
Germans are assured that 110 blockade, can again be effective against Germany, but Germans have also learned for the first time that machinery has been readv inside the Nazi party for two years to take over the home front against treachery and. defeatism aimed at saving the third Reich from the collapse o'f 1918.
Dr. Robert Ley, head of the Labour front, significantly announced to-dav that obedience to the home front would be enforced.
