I Civilian Casualties In The j War. , j RATES ARE ANNOUNCED. ! (Received l p.m.) RUGBY, September 15. ilie Ministry of Information in a communique says the Minister of Pensions has introduced a scheme of grants in respect to physical injury to civilians 'j as a result of warlike operations. The rates are broadly the same as those applicable to the private soldier. The ; maximum rates are 32/6 for a single I man, and 22/6 for women. Married men 1 will receive additional allowances for wifvi and children.
