Advice has been received that the New Zealand-bred Vagnrie, by Siegfried, from Confiscation, was successful in a two-year-old race at Morphettville, South Australia, last week. Bred by Mr. R. T. Reid. of Hamilton. Vagarie was purchased at the yearling sales at Trentham last January by Mr. C'. Wheeler on behalf of a South Australian client for 240 guinea*.
