The Washington correspondent of the ">.ew 'S ork Times" says information, although not confirmed, i 3 reaching United States officials that Britain lias ordered a naval blockade of Germany, Mocking the entrance to the Baltic Sea near Skagerrak and stretching across the North Sea near the Scandinavian peninsula.
