FINE CATALOGUE.
GRIFFITHS PUBLICATION,
The printing of the August-September catalogue issued by the Auckland firm of Griffiths, Ltd., nurserymen, has been completed by the "Star" job printing department and is one of the best yet produced by this enterprising firm. Happily coinciding with the warm spring weather, the catalogue will be welcomed by garden enthusiasts.
One of the most interesting features is the wealth of cultural notes covering a wide range of activities. These include not only flowers of all types, but notes on the growing of shrubs, trees, bulbs, creepers and vegetables. Copious illustrations add to the attractiveness of the publication and provide a ready guide to even the most amateur of gardeners.
The cover has been attractively printed by the three-colour process, reproducing in their own glorious colours clusters of parities, cinerarias, roses, gladioli, irises, anemones and azaleas. The catalogue is one that should have a wide appeal.
